You Don't Have to be Scared of: Socks - July

Socks have a reputation for being intimidating, but they don’t have to be! This class is part of our “You Don’t Have to Be Scared Of…” series, designed to help knitters tackle techniques that feel tricky at first and turn them into approachable, confidence-building skills.
In this class, we’ll take the mystery out of sock knitting by working two socks at a time using the magic loop method, so your socks stay perfectly matched from cast-on to bind-off. Together, we’ll break down sock construction step by step and gently face the parts that tend to feel “scary” (yes, heels and toes!) in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
You’ll learn and practice:
-
Knitting two socks at a time using magic loop
-
Understanding sock construction from toe to cuff
-
Reading and following a sock pattern
-
Tips for avoiding common sock-knitting pitfalls
Perfect for adventurous beginners and intermediate knitters who are ready to expand their skills and realize they never had anything to be scared of in the first place.
The pattern is included in the class cost and will be emailed to you upon sign up.
