| Instructor Bio: | Marni got involved with The Magic Yarn Project in 2020 after reading about the organization in a crocheting newsletter. For several years, she mostly crocheted character beanies. Then, in late 2024, she volunteered to help out at a large workshop in Boston and truly fell under the Magic Yarn spell. The enthusiasm of the participants and leaders alike inspired her to start a chapter for the Boston Metro region, home to some of the top cancer treatment centers in the country. Semi-retired with a son in college, Marni is excited to build a robust chapter serving Boston and the surrounding area, including the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, where she spends much of her time skiing, birding, motorcycling, walking with her husband and dogs, and generally enjoying the great outdoors. |
