| What’s your return policy? |
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

For brands and lines we already carry, we’re happy to special order specific colorways. Timeframes vary depending on the brand and product availability, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

We carry a wide variety of fibers in all weights! You'll find 100% cotton, 100% wool, cotton blends, wool blends, alpaca blends, acrylic, and a growing selection of recycled fibers. There’s something for every project and preference.

Yes! We have embroidery floss, hoops, needles, and beginner-friendly kits; everything you need to start stitching or stock up on supplies.

Yes, we do!
Donations of yarn, tools, and pattern books are always welcome through our Tight Knit Free Little Fibrary, a take-what-you-need, give-what-you-can space for fiber lovers to share and support one another.

Yes! Gift cards are available and make a great present for the fiber lover in your life. Ask in-store.
