Learn how to do 16th century Blackwork embroidery in a geometric style. All supplies will be provided to complete a small project. You will learn how to start and end threads and take journeys to create the patterns that look so intricate.

In this 3-week workshop series, we will introduce you to crocheting by making classic granny squares. Why granny squares? Well, for starters they’re fun to make and a fashion icon of late. But more importantly, they’re a perfect beginner’s crochet project. No granny-level experience necessary. Or any previous crocheting experience for that matter.

Learn hand embroidery, starting with the basics of how to thread the needle and put fabric into an embroidery hoop. We will work on stitching a floral design that you can display on your wall or give to a friend. Stitches covered will include backstitch, satin stitch, stem stitch, and others.

Discover the joy of crochet together during this 4-week workshop! This beginner-friendly workshop is designed for families who want to learn a new skill, bond creatively, and have fun with yarn. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, teen, or child (ages 8+), everyone is welcome, and no experience needed.

Grab a friend and learn the art of needle felting in a supportive and relaxing environment. In this beginner friendly workshop, you will learn skills and techniques specific to needle felting as well as how to make your own needle felted work of art.
